Introducing Our New Lawn Treatment Plans
We are excited to introduce our new range of Lawn Treatment Plans, each uniquely designed to cater to different lawn care needs.
7-Step Premium Plan (7 Applications): Our most comprehensive package offers monthly applications for continual lawn care. This plan includes custom-mixed lawn fertilizer, applying a total of 4.5lb of nitrogen throughout the season. It features premium soil conditioners like Hydra Hume, Injector, SoakerPlus, and Revive. Five treatments include the same treatments as our 5-step classic plan, plus a late spring or early summer broad-spectrum lawn destroying pest control treatment and an October winter fertilizer application and deep root simulator. Optional services such as seasonal aeration, fall seeding, and sprinkler service can be added for enhanced lawn care.
5-Step Classic Plan (5 Applications): Our classic 5-application plan is ideal for maintaining a healthy lawn. It includes premium lawn fertilizer with 3.5lbs of nitrogen applied over the growing season and both pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control. Soil conditioners such as Hydra Hume and Revive are part of this plan. You also have the flexibility to customize this plan with additional treatments or services.
4-Step Seeding Plan (4 Applications): The 4-Step Seeding Plan is designed to support new lawn growth while managing weeds throughout the season. This program includes four applications of seed-safe weed control and nutrient-rich lawn treatments that encourage seed germination and establishment. To participate in this plan, customers must select either a spring Power Seeding or spring GreenBoost seeding service. The plan can also be customized with additional fall seeding or aeration services to further enhance lawn health and density.

Organic-Based Fertilizer Only Plan (4 Treatments in 3 Visits): Our eco-friendly plan utilizes organic-based fertilizers and soil conditioners to promote a healthy lawn. It includes a spring application with HydraHume and Revive, a late spring/early summer treatment with HydraHume, Revive, and our premium water-saving solution, and a late summer/early fall fertilizer with a root growth simulator. Designed to minimize lawn stress, this plan excludes weed control. Like our other plans, it offers customization options, including additional treatments and seasonal seeding services.
