What Happens After You Submit the Form

Thanks for scheduling with us — you’re in the right place. Submitting the form is the first step in the scheduling process and helps us build an accurate estimate for your property and requested service(s).

No pressure: If you requested an estimate, reviewing it is no obligation. You choose whether to move forward.
If you booked directly, we’ll simply confirm the details and lock in your service week.

Our scheduling & communication process:

  1. We review your request and confirm service availability for your area.
  2. We email you an estimate/invoice for review (or a confirmation if you booked a set-price service).
  3. If everything looks good, choose a payment option. Once payment (or payment information) is received, we’ll confirm your service.
  4. You’ll receive an email with your confirmed service week.
  5. The Saturday before that week starts, we’ll text you the exact service date.
  6. The day before service, we’ll text you a 3-hour arrival window.
  7. On service day, we’ll text when we’re on our way.
  8. After completion, we email a service summary with recommendations, watering/maintenance tips, and any helpful next steps.
